- In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, minced garlic, minced ginger, sriracha, sesame oil, hoisin sauce, fish sauce, chopped cilantro, and salt. 
- Mix gently with your hands until all ingredients are just combined. 
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty. 
- Set aside while you prepare the grill or stovetop. 
- Preheat a grill or a frying pan to medium-high heat. 
- Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F. 
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and chili crisp. 
- Spread this sauce on the bottom halves of the burger buns. 
- Place the cooked patties on the prepared buns. 
- Top with red onion slices and fresh cilantro sprigs. 
- Cap with the top halves of the buns to complete your burgers.
