Wolfgang Puck Asian Burgers Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger minced
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro Leaves chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 4 Burger Buns
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Chili Crisp
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • Handful of Cilantro Sprigs

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, minced garlic, minced ginger, sriracha, sesame oil, hoisin sauce, fish sauce, chopped cilantro, and salt.
  • Mix gently with your hands until all ingredients are just combined.
  • Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty.
  • Set aside while you prepare the grill or stovetop.
  • Preheat a grill or a frying pan to medium-high heat.
  • Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  • In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and chili crisp.
  • Spread this sauce on the bottom halves of the burger buns.
  • Place the cooked patties on the prepared buns.
  • Top with red onion slices and fresh cilantro sprigs.
  • Cap with the top halves of the buns to complete your burgers.
