Texas Roadhouse Beef Tips Recipe

When the house starts smelling like pan-gravy and seared steak, you know this one’s on the stove.
I keep this Texas Roadhouse recipe at the ready because it’s rich without being heavy, and it only needs a few good ingredients.
You'll want to ;et the onions brown for at least ten minutes before adding the beef back in—they bring in a lot of that savory base.
Sirloin works best here, but chuck roast in small chunks can hold up too if simmered long enough.
Keep the lid off during the last ten minutes of simmering—it helps the sauce reduce and cling better to the beef!
