- Melt the butter with milk in a saucepan over low heat. 
- Let it cool to about 115°F. 
- Sprinkle yeast over and let it sit for around 10 minutes. 
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt. 
- Add the yeast mixture to form a dough. 
- Knead for about 10 minutes until smooth. 
- Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rise for about 1 hour until it doubles in size. 
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle. 
- Mix cinnamon and brown sugar. 
- Sprinkle the mixture over the dough evenly. 
- Roll the dough tightly into a log. 
- Place it in a greased loaf pan, cover, and let it rise for another 45 minutes. 
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and bake for 40 minutes until the bread is golden brown. 
- Cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
