Melt the butter with milk in a saucepan over low heat.
Let it cool to about 115°F.
Sprinkle yeast over and let it sit for around 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
Add the yeast mixture to form a dough.
Knead for about 10 minutes until smooth.
Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rise for about 1 hour until it doubles in size.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
Mix cinnamon and brown sugar.
Sprinkle the mixture over the dough evenly.
Roll the dough tightly into a log.
Place it in a greased loaf pan, cover, and let it rise for another 45 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 375°F and bake for 40 minutes until the bread is golden brown.
Cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
