PF Chang's Wonton Soup Recipe

Wonton soup is all about that light, soothing broth and dumplings packed with the right balance of seasoning!
I always use a mix of ground pork and shrimp for the filling—it gives the wontons just the right texture and depth.
A small splash of sesame oil in the filling brings out a warm, nutty taste.
Folding the wontons might seem tricky at first, but as long as the edges are sealed well, they hold up beautifully in the broth.
A handful of sliced green onions at the end brightens everything up and makes it even better!
