Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken Breast
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Curry Powder
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Mango Chutney
  • 1/4 cup Slivered Almonds
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • Rub olive oil over the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the chicken by steaming it for about 20-25 minutes until tender.
  • Let the chicken cool, then chop it into 1/2-inch pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, curry powder, mango chutney, and lemon juice.
  • Add chopped chicken into the creamy mixture and stir until thoroughly combined.
  • Sprinkle with slivered almonds before serving.
