Ingredients

  • 1 can Corn Kernels 15 oz.
  • 1 can Cream-Style Corn 15 oz.
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 package Corn Muffin Mix 8.5 oz. Jiffy
  • 1 can Green Chiles 4 oz.
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Butter melted
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Grease a 9 × 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  • In a large bowl, combine corn kernels, cream-style corn, and melted butter.
  • Add eggs and mix until well combined.
  • Stir in the corn muffin mix, Cheddar cheese, green chiles, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish.
  • Spread it out evenly with a spatula.
