Jamie Oliver Turkey Meatloaf

Jamie Oliver’s turkey meatloaf is hands down one of the best ways to turn lean ground turkey into something juicy and flavorful!
The biggest mistake people make with turkey meatloaf is overmixing the ingredients. You don't want density, just mix with your hands until just combined.
A well-seasoned base gets you from bland to mouthwatering. I add Worcestershire sauce, fresh herbs, and a touch of mustard. So good!
Cooking it at the right temperature matters a lot here. A moderate oven heat allows it to stay tender inside while forming a slightly crisp crust on the outside.
Basting it with the sauce partway through helps caramelize just enough to give the outside a little extra richness.
