Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 Carrots chopped
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, then mash them with milk and salt.
  • In a large pan, heat olive oil, then add ground beef until browned.
  • Add chopped onion and carrots to the pan, cooking until soft.
  • Stir in tomato paste, flour, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
  • Pour in beef broth and simmer until the mixture thickens.
  • Add peas and corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top with mashed potatoes, and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
