Jamie Oliver Baked Apples Recipe

Warm, soft apples with caramelized edges and just the right amount of spice—C'mon guys you know you've loved these since your first bite as a kid!
I like to use a mix of apples for better texture—Granny Smith holds its shape, while Honeycrisp adds a bit of sweetness.
A splash of apple cider or orange juice in the baking dish helps create a rich, syrupy sauce at the bottom.
A sprinkle of oats on top gives a nice crunch, almost like a shortcut crumble.
I do a drizzle of warm cream or a spoonful of Greek yogurt balances everything out without making it too heavy!

  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until apples are tender but still hold their shape.
