- Preheat your oven to 375°F. 
- Flatten the chicken breasts using a mallet for even coating. 
- Mix breadcrumbs, panko, and grated Parmesan in a shallow dish. 
- Add salt and pepper to taste. 
- Dredge the chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture. 
- Ensure each piece is well-covered. 
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 
- Cook the chicken until golden brown, approximately 4 minutes per side. 
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish. 
- Pour tomato sauce over each piece and top with mozzarella cheese. 
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. 
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
