Emeril Lagasse Turkey Burger Recipe

The key to keeping your turkey burgers juicy is not over-mixing the ingredients.
Make sure to preheat your grill to medium-high to get those beautiful grill marks.
I love how the cilantro mayonnaise adds a fresh and tangy finish to the burger.
Try using potato rolls for a soft and slightly sweet bun that complements the savory patty.
