Chick-fil-A Brownie Recipe

This brownie turns out rich, chewy, and dense—just like the ones from the drive-thru!
To get Chick-fil-A's thick, fudgy center, slightly underbake it by 2 minutes and let it finish firming up outside the oven.
I use both melted butter and a splash of oil to give the brownie that soft, never-dry texture.
Semi-sweet chocolate chips get stirred in right before baking to keep little pockets of chocolate running through each square.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter melted
  • 2 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar packed
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt so everything is evenly distributed.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring just until no streaks of flour remain.
  • Fold in the chocolate chunks gently to avoid overmixing the batter.
  • Pour the batter into your prepared pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
