Whisk everything until it’s smooth—makes folding in the cheese way easier.
Drop in the crumbled blue cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Stir gently, mashing some of the blue cheese with your spoon to get that creamy-chunky vibe.
Taste and tweak the seasoning if you need to. I sometimes add a bit more lemon juice for extra tang.
Cover and chill the dip for at least thirty minutes so the flavors can hang out together.
Give it a stir before serving. If you like it extra chunky, toss a few more blue cheese crumbles on top!
