- Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, corn syrup, chili garlic sauce, ginger, and brown sugar in a saucepan. 
- Heat over medium until the mixture begins to boil. 
- Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl until dissolved. 
- Slowly add this to the saucepan while stirring. 
- Reduce heat to low and let the mixture simmer, stirring occasionally. 
- Allow it to thicken to your desired consistency. 
- Add red pepper flakes and stir well. 
- Let the sauce cool before using. 
- Toss cooked wings in the Asian Zing sauce until evenly coated. 
- Serve immediately.
