Buffalo Wild Wings Asian Zing Recipe

Sweet heat with a sticky glaze—this sauce from Buffalo Wild Wings is gonna give ya both!
A mix of soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar keeps it balanced, while red pepper flakes add just enough spice.
Cooking the sauce down until it coats the back of a spoon is the key to the right consistency.
Fresh ginger brings brightness that you won’t get from powdered versions.
For the crispiest wings, I double-fry them to lock in texture before tossing them in the sauce.
Letting the wings sit for a couple of minutes after tossing helps them absorb all the flavor.
