Bobby Flay Grilled Tuna Steak Recipe

Bobby Flay's grilled tuna steak recipe brings bold flavors together with a perfect sear on the fish.
This dish is a fantastic combination of caramelized onions and fresh herbs that will make your kitchen smell amazing.
A key trick to making this recipe succeed is to heat the grill to high and only cook the tuna for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
I love how the cinnamon oil adds a surprise element, enhancing the overall taste.
You're going to enjoy making this just as much as eating it!
