Bobby Flay Grilled Shrimp Skewers Recipe

Have you ever wanted to grill up some delicious shrimp skewers that even Bobby Flay would be proud of?
The secret is in a simple yet sublime chile-garlic oil.
Remember to thread the shrimp on the skewers so they stay flat and grill evenly.
One thing I love about this recipe is the balance of spicy and savory flavors—it’s irresistible!
Don’t forget to save some chile-garlic oil for serving to boost the taste further after grilling.

  • Add the shrimp to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers, piercing through both the tail and head to ensure they stay in place.

  • Place the shrimp skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque.
  • Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a minute before serving.
