Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs Ground Turkey
  • 3/4 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat.
  • Add the chopped onion and cook until it’s softened and lightly browned.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, 1/4 cup of ketchup, cooked onion, salt, and black pepper.
  • Mix until all ingredients are fully combined.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet or in a loaf pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
  • Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
