- Preheat your oven to 375°F. 
- Pat the pork loin dry with paper towels. 
- Rub the pork loin with olive oil, garlic powder, ground ginger, thyme, black pepper, and salt. 
- Make sure it's coated evenly. 
- In a pan over medium-high heat, sear the pork loin for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. 
- This helps lock in the flavors and juices. 
- In a small bowl, mix chicken broth, lemon juice, and soy sauce. 
- Pour this mixture over the pork loin. 
- Transfer the pork loin to the oven. 
- Roast for about 50-60 minutes or until an internal temperature of 145°F is reached. 
- Let it rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
