In a small bowl, mix chicken broth, lemon juice, and soy sauce.
Pour this mixture over the pork loin.
Transfer the pork loin to the oven.
Roast for about 50-60 minutes or until an internal temperature of 145°F is reached.
Let it rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
