Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
Place the chicken breasts on one half of a baking sheet.
Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and season with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
On the other half of the baking sheet, place the jalapeño peppers.
Drizzle olive oil over the peppers.
Bake everything for about 25 minutes.
Combine the cooked chicken, 3/4 of the bacon pieces, 1 1/2 cups of cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the green onions in a large mixing bowl.
Stir well.
Spread this mixture evenly in a casserole dish.
Top with the remaining cheese, green onions, and bacon.
Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
