- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Onions chopped
- 1 small Red Bell Pepper chopped
- 1 Jalapeño Pepper chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tbsp Cumin Seed
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 can Tomatoes 32 oz.
- 2 cans Kidney Beans 15 oz., drained
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large pot. 
- Add the chopped onions and bell pepper. 
- Cook until they soften, about 7 minutes. 
- Stir in the jalapeño and minced garlic. 
- Continue stirring for another 2 minutes. 
- Add the cumin seed and ground turkey to the pot. 
- Cook until the turkey is browned. 
- Pour in the tomatoes and kidney beans. 
- Include the chili powder and mix everything well. 
- Season with salt and pepper. 
- Let the chili simmer for about 30 minutes to blend the flavors.
