- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. 
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out your pie crusts until they’re large enough to cover your baking pan. 
- In a bowl, mix peaches, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and salt. 
- Grease a 13x9-inch baking pan with some of the butter. 
- Add half of the peach mixture to the pan. 
- Place one pie crust over the peach mixture. 
- Dot with butter. Repeat with remaining peaches and crust.
