Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out your pie crusts until they’re large enough to cover your baking pan.
In a bowl, mix peaches, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and salt.
Grease a 13x9-inch baking pan with some of the butter.
Add half of the peach mixture to the pan.
Place one pie crust over the peach mixture.
Dot with butter. Repeat with remaining peaches and crust.
