Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken with grated onion, ricotta, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and Worcestershire.
Add the egg, nutmeg, salt, and pepper to the mixture and combine everything until it’s well mixed.
Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
