- Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
- In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken with grated onion, ricotta, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and Worcestershire. 
- Add the egg, nutmeg, salt, and pepper to the mixture and combine everything until it’s well mixed. 
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet. 
- Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
