Mary Berry Fruit Salad Recipe

I just gotta share Mary Berry's fruit salad version. I'm in love with the vibrant mix of ripe mangoes, papaya, and passion fruit!
The combination of fresh, ripe fruits brings out a natural sweetness that's pretty darn hard to resist.
One tip for keeping this salad fresh is to prepare it a few hours ahead and chill it in the fridge. It allows the flavors to come together beautifully.
You'll find that a little lime juice gives it a subtle tang, enhancing the natural fruit flavors without overpowering them.
