- Preheat your broiler. 
- Position the rack about 4 inches from the heat source for optimal broiling. 
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on each cutlet, ensuring even seasoning. 
- Lay them out on a baking sheet. 
- Place basil leaves over each chicken cutlet. 
- Add a generous amount of tomato sauce on top. 
- Cover the sauce with mozzarella cheese. 
- Broil the chicken until the cheese is melted and slightly golden. 
- Approximately 2-3 minutes should be enough. 
- Remove from oven and sprinkle Parmesan cheese atop each cutlet. 
- Serve immediately for the freshest taste.
