Add the spinach to the skillet and stir until it wilts slightly.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese, allowing it to melt into a thick sauce.
Return the chicken to the skillet and let it simmer in the sauce for a few minutes.
