  • 8 oz. Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 4 Hamburger Buns

Instructions

  • Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add ground beef, cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
  • Drain excess fat if needed and set the beef aside.
  • In the same skillet, sauté minced onion, green bell pepper, and garlic until tender.
  • Stir occasionally to avoid burning.
  • This usually takes about 5 minutes.
  • Return the browned ground beef to the skillet and mix well with the vegetables.
  • Add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, and ketchup to the skillet.
  • Stir until everything is evenly combined.
