Gordon Ramsay Macaroni Salad Recipe

This macaroni salad is nothing like the usual mayo-heavy versions that feel so one-dimensional.
Gordon Ramsay’s take brings fresh ingredients, a balanced dressing, and just the right amount of creaminess.
The key is not overcooking the pasta—al dente is essential so it holds up to the dressing without turning mushy.
I like this recipe because every bite has something different:
Crisp veggies, tender pasta, and a dressing that actually enhances everything instead of overpowering it.
For the best results, chill the salad for at least an hour before serving so the ingredients absorb all the seasonings.
A small pinch of Dijon mustard in the dressing goes a long way in making this taste even better.
