Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl using a fork until smooth.
Add the egg, almond butter, melted coconut oil, and coconut sugar.
Whisk them together thoroughly.
Pour in the almond milk and vanilla extract.
Continue mixing until all ingredients are combined evenly.
In another bowl, mix almond flour, rice flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon.
Fold this into the banana mixture until just combined.
Stir in the walnuts and chocolate chips.
Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for about 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
