  • 1 Rib Eye Roast 5 lbs.
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 5 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Fresh Rosemary chopped
  • 1 tsp Fresh Thyme chopped
  • 2 Jalapenos sliced
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit to get it ready for roasting.
  • While the oven warms up, season the rib eye roast with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine garlic, rosemary, thyme, jalapenos, onion, and cilantro.
